What Does my USG Breast Test Result Mean?

I done my USG breast test . This test showed that my right breast revealed a localized ill defined area of increased fibrosis and adenosis in the upper outer quadrant . No vascularity seen on CDI. What it does mean ? My age is 23 years and I am a married woman. Please explain my upper issue I am worried a lot. One thing more I have pain on my both breast. Is it a serious problem ? Please tell me the treatment . Can I remove the fibroadenosis through surgery ? If is there any chance of doing surgery , and I done the surgery so the reoccurance of this problem can occur or not ? Please tell me this aswell.

1.The right breast upper quadrant shows a ill-defined fibrosis - this kind of findings are seen after an inflammatory cause -post treatment. There is no obvious lesion / mass description in your report. No vascularity me ands that area has no blood supply seen.
2.23years old married female with pain in both breast - mostly cyclical cause, hormonal related. Does not seems like a serious problem - but better get resolved.
3.In fibroadenosis excision can be done after trying treatment and a followup investigation.
4.Reoccurence is possible in few cases - one can not give assurance of no reoccurrence.
5.You don't worry much, get treated everything will be fine - there is no gross pathology. Good luck.
